Refund policy

We accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to start a return/refund


To request a return, please send an email to with your order number and a prepaid label will be provided. Once we've approved your return, the cost of the prepaid label will be communicated to you for approval and, if used, deducted from the refund.

The item must be shipped to us within 7 days after your return request.


The items should be packaged:


I.    In their original condition, together with any accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned  or damaged in any way.

II.   With all original labels and packaging.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive an email concerning the refund.

Within a number of days after receiving your confirmation, your refund will be processed and will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment.
