We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days after receiving it. The item must be shipped to us within 7 days after your return request.
The items should be packaged:
- In their original condition, together with any accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.
- With all original labels and packaging.
If we find damage to a returned goods, or if the garments are dirty or visibly worn, we retain the right not to accept this return request. If not, the full amount (not including shipping expenses) will be refunded to your account within 30 days.
Shipping and/or customs fees for returned products are the customer's responsibility. This will only be reimbursed if the products are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
We are not responsible for any products lost in transit. Lost returns will not be refunded unless you can provide proof of shipment with a track and trace code.
How it works
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive an email concerning the refund.
Within a number of days after receiving your confirmation, your refund will be processed and will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment.
